Heather Paul recently retired from the financial services industry after nearly 25 years where she served as a compliance officer and attorney supporting marketing, advisory services including complex trust and estate issues, and the international business. Her understanding of the financial system, asset-types, and processes allows her to understand the most complex estate planning challenges and help you plan for them. Heather has always had a passion for estate planning as one of the four pillars of a complete financial picture (financial planning, estate planning, real estate and tax) and believes everyone deserves to be guided with trust, integrity and compassion in this important process. She will treat you like her own family ensuring that your wishes, concerns, fears, and dreams are all addressed. Heather is a Denver native who attended Denver East High School, University of Colorado at Boulder (BA Kinesiology), University of Colorado at Denver (Masters of Business Administration), and finally University of Denver Sturm College of Law (Juris Doctor). Heather has resided in Monument since 2008 with her two teenage boys and three dogs. She enjoys swimming, skiing, hiking and watching her boys play ice hockey.
